Local residents filled the Davis Community Chambers to near-capacity on Friday to listen to street design expert Dan Burden present ways to make Fifth Street safer andmore usable for all who use it. Men’s heptathlon Matt Chisam,a former UC Davis track and field captain (2005),took fourth at the USATF National Indoor Championships in the heptathlon,scoring5,443points.Chisam still holds the top mark ever for an Aggie,which he set at5,074in2005.
