As I’m nearing graduation (less than a month away! Eeek!) I find myself looking back at my past four years at Davis and reflecting on what I’ve learned. One thing I wish I’d known about sooner is the HR Black Hole, where resumes go to die.

There are things we all, as little Aggies, just seem to do during our stay here at Davis. For instance, this little Aggie has strolled through the arboretum. This little Aggie has taken a snapshot with an Egghead. And this little Aggie, like many others, handled his shit on Picnic Day.

Imagine this: a doctor says to a cancer patient that a gene in their body is responsible for their leukemia. Now imagine that the doctor tells the patient that the gene can be suppressed, but that suppressing the gene could cause liver cancer.

Don’t collaborate, but listen; That’s what your group is for; Getting to the final straw.

Despite being cut during this year’s ASUCD budget hearings, AS Papers and the ASUCD Book Exchange will continue to impact the campus under new guises.

This is an interesting question because it is one of those things that I believe changed without me really noticing it. I think and dream in English and not in Greek, and I can’t say I remember exactly when this began to happen. It’s interesting how the brain works that way.

The Aggie players stepped up to the tee on the final day of the tournament, sitting tied for second-to-last place. What happened next was a combination of poise, skill and most of all, determination.

Each year UC Davis works hard to promote environmentally sustainable features on campus. This year, the UC Davis campus will receive a high honor for their hard work and effort.

UC Davis alumnus and real estate developer Bruce Edwards pledged $2 million to the school’s athletic department – the largest single philanthropic contribution to athletics in the university’s 102-year history.

As graduation draws near, UC Davis students are beginning to focus choosing a career path. To help encourage such students to enter the growing area of business marketing, the student-run organization Modern Market Technologies will be holding a seminar called “Getting On Top: Climbing the Corporate Ladder,” on Wednesday.
