Q: What are the repercussions for the protesters who were arrested last Thursday? Is this considered a felony on their record?

A: Those individuals, if charged, would be facing a misdemeanor violation. Understand the charging phase is decided upon by the District Attorney’s office. The assumption is they are all 18 years of age or older; hence they are adults and, if convicted, the conviction will remain on their records.
