Men’s and Women’s Cross Country
Who: UC Davis, Riverside Invitational

Score: Women’s: 14th, Men’s: 17th
Along with over 30 other schools, UC Davis traveled to Riverside to participate in the UC Riverside Invitational, the Aggies’ second invitational of the 2026-27 season. Peyton Adams, a second-year neurobiology, physiology and behavior major, ran the women’s 6K course and set a new personal best for herself with a time of 20:39.3, which secured her 13th place overall. As for the men’s team, Dominic McMahon, a first-year biochemistry and molecular biology major, completed the 8K course with a 24:17.9, knocking off 36 seconds from his personal record. His time secured him 30th place overall. In addition to these two Aggies, six other women and six other men posted new personal-best times during the invitational. The women’s team secured 375 points, placing them in 14th place and the men’s team had 440 points, placing them in 17th place.
Women’s Field Hockey
Who: UC Davis vs University of Louisville
Where: Berkeley, Calif. (away)

Score: 1-0 (win)
The Aggies traveled to Berkeley to go up against the University of Louisville Cardinals and secure their first win against the Atlantic Coast Conference since 2013. The Aggies pressed the Cardinals early on in the first quarter, earning four penalty shots and a shot on goal. The Cardinals’ defense stopped the Aggies from scoring in the first and second quarters. UC Davis shifted the game early on in the third quarter with Molly Main, a fourth-year neurobiology, physiology and behavior major, scoring the lone goal for the Aggies off of a penalty corner shot and putting them in the lead. The Aggie defense held strong for the remainder of the game, stopping any other shots the Cardinals took.
Men’s Soccer
Who: UC Davis vs San Jose State University
Where: San Jose, Calif. (away)

Score: 1-1 (tie)
The match against San Jose State University (SJSU) Spartans was the first Mountain West match of the 2026-27 season. The Aggies started off strong with a goal made by Tristan Wouters, a third-year communication major, within the first eight minutes of gameplay. The Aggies held the lead of 1-0 into halftime despite each team taking six shots in the first half. Talin Morgan, a third-year managerial economics major, was tested throughout the second half as SJSU recorded seven shots in total. In the 80th minute, the Spartans’ offense got through Morgan, tying the match. Morgan kept the game in a tie for the remainder of the match, stopping the Spartans from scoring.
