Imagine being stuck in the wilderness,in need of medical attention that was more than an hour away.This isn’t the premise for a new reality TV show,but a situation that one of UC Davis‘ newest clubs – the Wilderness Medicine club – hopes to attend to. The Korean American Law School Association,KALSA,celebratedChuseok,a three-day harvest holiday,onFriday in the Main Reading Room of the UC Davis School of Law.Much like an American Thanksgiving,students gathered for plenty of food,drink and mingling,onlywith a traditional Korean twist.

Although the economy has taken a downturn, clubs at UC Davis are still donating money through charity events. The Student Fashion Association, led by president and senior textiles and clothing major Ashley Carros, is putting on a “Fashion Palooza” today at the Memorial Union Garrison Room from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
