Police responded to 20 reports of fireworks on the Fourth of July. Fireworks and other explosives set off around the city ranged from bottle rockets to “possible M80s.“ Seven of these incidences were either unfounded or unable to be located by police.

A gumball machine was discovered in a backyard on Haussler Drive. The backyard gate was wide open and it appeared that the gumball machine had been previously stolen.
