West Village, a future addition to the UC Davis off-campus housing scene, will officially begin the leasing period for its Ramble Apartments unit from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its temporary leasing space located at 409 Third Street in downtown.
Students seeking housing for next fall can stop by and check out pricing and floor plans for Ramble’s two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. While there is still construction to be done, prospective renters will be able to see a range of amenities.
Emily Austin, senior manager of leasing and marketing for West Village, said things like flooring, counter tops, cabinet trees, appliances, ceiling fans and parts of furniture packages will all be available to look at in the office. The actual apartments, meanwhile, aren’t ready for touring just yet.
Viridian Apartments, the other main unit of West Village, will not be available for leasing for anywhere from one to two months.
Those looking for a much more lively atmosphere in their housing search can swing by the leasing office tomorrow for the grand opening. The event will be catered and prizes will be available.
