To whom this may concern,
On behalf of ACT,we would like to apologize for any misunderstanding there were with any individuals involved in the ACT video.It was never our intention to misuse the image of or mislead anyone who voluntarily participated in its production.
We told those filmed that ACT was a movement to get students involved in ASUCD-as that is what we are. We did not produce the video with the intention to offend anyone. We are currently in the process of editing the video to ensure we have everyone’s consent before reactivating the video.
