Who to watch: Christina Corsa will have her first opportunity to build on her standout freshman campaign this Saturday.

The Danville, Calif. native is the team's top returning scorer after tallying 23 goals and nine assists in 2008.

Who to watch: After capping her Aggies cross country career at the National Championships this fall, senior co-captain Kim Conley took a well-deserved break from competition.

UC Davis shot a team score of 299 on Friday, finishing 12th at the Hawaii-Hilo Invitational, as Ramie Sprinkling and Austin Graham posted a pair of top-25 individual finishes.

Aggies dominate rival Seattle Pacific, lose to Stanford

Everyone knows that a good matchup between rivals should be close. Someone should have reminded the Aggies.

On Friday, UC Davis posted a season-high score to convincingly beat fellow Mountain Pacific Sports Federation member Seattle Pacific, 191.500 to 189.175.

Team of international Tigers down Aggies

When comparing the rosters of Pacific and UC Davis side by side, it quickly becomes evident that the two teams don't have a whole lot in common geographically.

The Tigers No. 1 through 5 seeds are all foreign-born, tough competitors: Moritz Starke (Germany), Artem Gramma (Ukraine), Vegerd Veskimagi (Estonia), Karl-Erik Paaro (Estonia) and Christian Kuehne (Germany).

UC Davis has been attending the Triton Invitational for the past six seasons and had yet to reach the championship game.

The young and talented Aggies tallied three straight victories to make their way to the championship game against San Diego State Sunday night.

UC Davis dominates UC Irvine

It was standing room only Saturday afternoon at Schaal Aquatics Center, as the Aggies wrapped up their dual season against the Anteaters of UC Irvine.

UC Davis put up a dominant performance against its Big West Conference rival, as the Aggie men and women beat UC Irvine by scores of 161-128 and 175-123, respectively.

Women’s basketball swept in weekend homestand

The Aggies have been finding themselves in very similar situations at the end of games as of late.

For the fifth straight game on Saturday, UC Davis (7-14, 3-7) saw a second-half lead turn into a narrow defeat against UC Riverside (13-9, 9-1) after falling to Long Beach State (5-17, 2-8) on Thursday. The two losses came by a combined seven points.
